Chef and Owner David Haines

When the food arrives at your table, it’s obvious that David Haines enjoys his work. As the chef and co-owner with his wife Rozan, David brings decades of experience and an artistic flare to his creations.

“I enjoy creating cuisine that pleases our clientele. I have a passion for cooking and wanted to create a restaurant that I would like to go to. Not just for food, but for the whole experience,” David says.

David has been in and around the restaurant business for close to 35 years. He owned and worked in several food-related businesses as well as serving those types of business as a wholesale distributor for almost twenty years.

David sees Williams, with its scenic beauty, friendly, small-town feeling and proximity to the Grand Canyon and other area attractions as a place with enormous potential. It’s a welcome change after a life spent in the increasing congestion of Southern California, where he was born and grew up.
